Courier:

• Orders place before 4.00pm will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery.
• Courier deliveries are delivered from 8am - 6pm 
• Live food is shipped Monday - Thursday, Dry goods are shipped Monday - Friday.
• Courier Only - If you're not home when the courier arrives the courier is instructed to leave your package in a safe place ready for your return, please place comments in the additional comments box at the checkout if needed.
• Once you have placed your order we will send you a tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at any time on our couriers website.

Royal Mail Delivery:

Our postman collects our Royal Mail items at 2pm so goods purchased before this time will be dispatched the same day, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive.

(Royal Mail Only) Important Information

Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive your order, if delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and no one is in residence, the package may be returned to the sorting office to await your collection.

Should your live food perish due to returned items Reefphyto will not replace or refund your goods. We recommend you leave a note for your postman with an alternative safe place to leave your parcel.

Collect in person:

You may collect your order from our warehouse in Bristol between 10am and 4pm Monday to Thursday by appointment only. We appreciate that you may not be able to get to us during working hours so we can arrange for you to collect goods from 5pm weekdays and most weekends by appointment only at our alternative address witch we will give you with your appointment time. Which Days Do You Dispatch Live food? 

Live Food is dispatched Monday - Thursdays / Saturday deliveries are available via Royal Mail Special Saturday Delivery or our courier service. Goods Purchased on Friday's that do not require Saturday delivery will be dispatched on Monday.

European Orders / Deliveries

All European Orders placed by 9am will be dispatched the same day.

As you can appreciate live food has to get to you as soon as possible, so we have chosen Fedex as our european shipping partner. We use Fedex international priority service which means your live food will reach you within 2 working days from dispatch for most european destinations.
