Courier Delivery: Orders place before 2pm will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Delivery times are between 8am - 5pm. If you require delivery by a set time we have additional guaranteed delivered times of by 9:00am, 10:30 and 12pm at additional cost. Live food is shipped Monday - Thursday, Dry goods are shipped Monday - Friday using this delivery service.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery: Orders place before 2pm will be dispatched within 1-2 days, please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive.

Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery: Orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched Friday and will be delivered before 1pm on Saturday.

Collect in person: You may collect your order from our admin office in Bristol between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday by appointment only. Our admin office address can be found on our contact us page.

Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive your order, if delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and no one is in residence, the package will be returned to the sorting office to await your collection or instructions, Should your live food perish due to your items being returned to the sorting office Reefphyto will not replace or refund your items.

Which Days Do You Dispatch Live food?  Live Food is dispatched Monday - Thursdays / Saturday deliveries are available via Royal Mail Special Saturday Delivery or our courier service. Goods Purchased on Friday's that do not require Saturday delivery will be dispatched on Monday.
