Delivery
Courier: Delivery: (Live Food Dispatched Mon - Thurs) 1 Hour Timed Delivery from Interlink Express (We text* and email you when your parcel will be delivered) We don't want our customers waiting in all day for their parcels to turn up which is why we use Interlink Express "Estimated" delivery service with a one hour delivery window for all our customers.
Once your order has left the couriers warehouse you will be allocated a one hour delivery window for the next working day, you will receive an email & text* to your mobile phone advising you of your estimated time slot. All of our courier deliveries now require a signature for delivery. However you can request that your order be left without a signature in the comments box during checkout. If you ask for an item to be left unattended then this is at your own risk, should your package go missing or live foods perish due to extreme weather (too hot or too cold) then we do not send replacements or refund goods. If you are not available to sign for your delivery and your live food perishes while being held at the courier depot, we do not send a replacement for refund the value of the goods. We urge our customers to be available when goods are delivered, this way you are able to refrigerate live foods as soon as they arrive. We only ship live food - Monday to Thursday *You must provide us with your mobile phone number in order to receive text alerts. Royal Mail Delivery: (Live Food Dispatched Mon - Thurs) IMPORTANT NOTICE Our cut off point for Royal Mail items is 2pm, so most of the time goods purchased before this time will be dispatched within 2-3 days (when in stock), please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. 
Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive your order, if delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and no one is in residence, the package may be returned to the sorting office to await your collection.
Should your live food perish while being held by the post office, will not replace or refund your goods. We recommend you leave a note for your postman with an alternative safe place to leave your parcel. Saturday Delivery: (Live Food Dispatched Friday) Goods to be delivered on Saturday must be ordered on our website by 1pm Friday. Orders placed after 1pm for Saturday Delivery will not be processed. Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday is a premium service and on most occasions goods are delivered before 1pm. Please make sure you select the appropriate delivery method at the checkout.

Collect in person: (Collection available 6 days a week by appointment)
You may collect your order from our warehouse in Bristol between 10am and 3pm Monday to Saturday by appointment only. Services Available for European Customers (Live Food Dispatched Tuesday & Wednesday)  All live food European Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays via Fedex International Priority Service As you can appreciate live food needs to get to you as soon aspossible, so we have chosen Fedex as our european shipping partner. We use Fedex international priority service which means your live food will reach you within 2 working days from dispatch for most european destinations. Customs charges apply to European orders and are payable by the customer. Dry Goods Shipping (Airmail International small packets) We offer a cheaper shipping method for dry goods to selected destinations up to a total weight of 2kg. If this shipping option is available to you, the option will show as a choice at the checkout. To qualify, the total weight of your goods should not exceed 2kg and all goods in your basket must be dry goods. A signature will be required for delivery. We do not ship goods outside Europe. |
